Tell that to my wife. I'm 42 and thinks video games are for young kids to late teens or very early 20 somethings going through Uni. Yeah, just got one of those females that don't get it. Yet, she'll happily watch all the trash TV of the day on MTV and the likes.

Logitech G13 maybe... For sure if he could use a trackball in with his right hand for camera movement.
If he can't use his right hand for camera movement, the stick could be(I think) remapped to act as the mouse. Forward walk g4, walk backwards g11, stafe left g10, right g12.
Could also use the G13 in combination with Stinky Gaming Footboard(can be found on Amazon) for the movement (W,A,S,D) commands

Magicka Templar. Very easy to manage health while doing damage. And while you can load them down with a ton of DOTs, you can really cut down on their abilities and give them a nice, compact build that focuses on spamming Puncturing Sweeps, which seems like something I'd recommend.
