An uniterruptable power supply (UPS) between the wall and the computer would fix this at a minimum cost.
That way, if a player forgets to take screenshots of the slider bars at character creation, the blame is squarely on the player ...

I prefer to shut down my computer and unplug the wires that's in the outlet while I'm having an electrical storm rather than to depend on some power supply.
That's just me of course.
I just screenshot my character two views up close and two at a distance. I usually end up tweaking them after walking away from the character creator for a little while anyway. So I don't mind just recreating if it was that important to me. They're usually even better the second time. --Just sharing my opinion though. I can get how starting from scratch is annoying.Taleof2Cities wrote: »That way, if a player forgets to take screenshots of the slider bars at character creation, the blame is squarely on the player ...
I'm more used to games without these conveniences. Maybe it's just my age showing.Screen shot the sliders?!?!?! How primitive!
It's 2016, get with the programme.
