The proposal to ZOS to change the skill "Silver Leash" (Fighters guild) to work like "Fiery Grip"

Hello. I want to ask ZOS to change fighters guild skill "Silver Leash" to work like DK skill "Fiery Grip". To pull an enemy to you, not to pull you to enemy.
Reasons:
-There are so many dash skills in game, i think this one isn't so needed.
-It will be stamina skill, equivalent to "Fiery Grip".
-It will make the other class tank builds more viable.
Please, me as NB tank really need this change. I hope not only i need it.

Im very confident it does as the first hit, hits them down and the second is like a silver cable that lures them to you.

I haven't even slotted it since that change.0 -

As far as i know it never worked.
The pull only worked on vampires. You had to shoot him first, then activate the ability again within a few seconds to pull him.
But since the first hit was a knockdown against vampires, it provided CC immunity which caused the follow-up pull to fail.0 -
I'd be happy if the skill just worked as intended consistently. It's so buggy!0
