New to the game, question about builds!

Hey, all!
I'm new to ESO, and I've seen stuff here and there about not wasting skill points and things like that when leveling. That said, I haven't really been able to find a great resource for builds. Are there any specific websites that are dedicated to ESO builds or is it one of those things that's a bit more open ended and people discussing true builds are just talking about min/max type stuff? I'm currently level 9, but I've wasted some points in health for attribute points and I've probably used skill points that I shouldn't have either. I guess I'm just asking if there is a good place to go to for updated and good builds? Something like an Icy-Veins for WoW, for those that have played WoW.

Yeah, tamrielfoundry got some stuff, hunt around here too. A lot of it is more what you said. Theory and maximize your own ideas kind of stuff
