• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – March 9, 8:00 UTC (4:00AM EDT) - 16:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 11, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 1:00PM EDT (17:00 UTC)

This is outrageous and criminal!

I literally have been banned from my account for no reason at all. I came back to ESO no more than a week ago. My characters started randomly locking. Then it stopped. Now Zenimax supports fix for my character being jacked is banning my account. I want a reason because I have never and I mean never done anything wrong. This is freakin rediculous. If I don't get some type of response I will reach out to media and provide everything I have from emails to the freakin report. No one messes with me like this and walks free. I want a reason within 24 hours or media will have a story. Good Job Zenimax!!! You guys are awesome. Ban someone 1 week after they come back.

    If Zenimax way of fixing things is banning then that is some bull crap! Zenimax are being thieves by doing this. I feel like I have been robbed of my $!

    Me too because I have never done anything wrong here! Random banning people so you don't have to fix their characters is just plain pathetic!

    Zenimax can and will permanently ban your account for threatening them, it's against the ToS. Most likely someone has hacked your account info and that's why you have a lock in effect.

    but are you really sure, you did not (without knowing it) use an exploit and did not get reported by some other player as exploiter?

    They gave me no reason and the account is banned already so what are you talking about? This story will go straight to media!!!! I'm not threatening I'm making a promise. No one can just take a service from you and not disclose the reason that's criminal!! I will do what I have to to make sure no one is treated this way ever again.

    I am 100% positive I never have done anything wrong I had only been playing 3 days when this happened. It's no longer about the the game it is now the principal of the situation at hand and what's right and what's wrong in life. You don't take services from someone without explanation and services are terminated because you don't want to fix the account. Zenimax has to know they cannot keep doing this, I am innocent of any violation in game ever and I will not let this go without a fight!

    Once again my account is already banned. Please be specific as to what you are implying. I have the right to say what I want. I am being abused as a consumer and treated badly. So I'm suppose to be polite and give no consequences. I'm a adult and I can make things happen therefore I will say this again, what you see as a threat is in reality a promise!
