Question about Trophies for Tamerial One

I know that all the trophies will unlock any chest in imperial city, I.E using bone shards to open the monter's tooth chest.. My question is will these open the chests in white-gold or prison?

they will open any trophy vault in IC5

✭I thought the ICP and WGT vaults could be opened with a combination of 150 embers or shackles, while the vaults in the city districts could be opened with a combination of 60 of any of the 6 trophies that drop in IC?
this is the other theory i have heard too.
