Simple as knocking on the door. It would be nice to be able to create our toons from the character creation menu, and then be able to save the templates for possible later usage.

Not that long ago I've spent close to 20 to 30 mins in the character creation menu designing my toon (Almost completed it too) when RL called me and I had to sign off. There was no option to save our toons in a form of a draft.

If your on PC do SS and of all settings and refer to it when needed. I have the setting of two characters saved this way and have used them. Probably works fine with consoles also if SS is possible but would need to view them on a PC, I would think.

we NEED the ability to see the slider codes for character creation, and be able to implement them via keyboard for console.

Again and again and again. I was in the middle of creating yet another character when all of a sudden I heard a close by thunder roaring and I had to quickly turn off my computer so that my computer wouldn't get fried up in the electrical storm. Again I lost the data that I was using to create my toon so now I have to start all over again.

My PC crashes too during character creation. And I wish I could store a template too. Not only because of crashing, but also because sometimes I need to alter 1-2 things and I'm done, but if I don't remember some other details I changed too, I just have to start again.
And one last thing - it is nice to have that extreme slider for grumpy/smiling mouth, but please, do not use it in game on our characters? The crafting animation should be changed to something more ordinary long time ago ...Thank you.

An uniterruptable power supply (UPS) between the wall and the computer would fix this at a minimum cost.

That way, if a player forgets to take screenshots of the slider bars at character creation, the blame is squarely on the player ...

I always use Fraps or SweetFX to screenshot all my sliders when I finish a character, but I agree it would be awesome to be able to save profiles, more so if they were text files you could upload and share with other people.

Screen shot the sliders?!?!?! How primitive!

MASS EFFECT would generate a code representing your character's created stats. The code could then be input manually to create the same appearance.

It's 2016, get with the programme.

I prefer to shut down my computer and unplug the wires that's in the outlet while I'm having an electrical storm rather than to depend on some power supply.

    That's just me of course.

Actually what they are suggesting is designed for exactly that scenario. UPS systems also offer surge protection, as in reality you are not on commercial power, you are feeding froma battery which is continually being charged while the UPS is connected to the outlet.

    it's a good idea.

I just screenshot my character two views up close and two at a distance. I usually end up tweaking them after walking away from the character creator for a little while anyway. So I don't mind just recreating if it was that important to me. They're usually even better the second time. --Just sharing my opinion though. I can get how starting from scratch is annoying.

I'm more used to games without these conveniences. Maybe it's just my age showing.
