It happens all the time. I go to a guild menu or friends menu and click on a name (sometimes i dont even get to click) and after scrolling for minutes I'm forced back to the top of the list.

Does this happen to anyone else?

It's definitely a consistent problem for me.

I'm wondering if ZOS is working on it.

    This happens to everyone else... On PS4, XBone, and PC(Gamepad Mode only)

    It happens every time someone on the list logs in or out of the game, the list refreshes and brings you to the top... It's annoying AF...

    If you sort the list by rank it doesn't reshuffle. It happens when people log on/off on the default sort.
