I not really am an achievement hunter (except for the Master Angler

), but every once in a while I take a look into the achievement list and sometimes I find something I would like to complete.
So when starting with the Thieves Guild, I found the achievement "Five Finger Discount" and found that it was not a bad one to complete: "Successfully pick pockets at each of the four most popular shops in Abah's Landing". Didn't sound too difficult, so I decided to do that as my Bosmer is on an thieving spree already.

"Leaping Frog Sundries", "The Serpent and Senche" and "Hew's Mane" were easy (apparently finally my Bosmer is getting the hang of pickpocketing...

) . Then I came to "This One Sells Glyphs" - and I have to admit that I am a bit "irritated". There is Split-Nose standing behind the counter but you cannot steal from him. So I went upstairs and found Nugwugg scrubbing the floor. When I crouched and put my cursor on him, I saw that he was rated as "slave"!
As I recall (and I might be wrong there but I don't think I am) one of the main rules of the Thieves Guild is: "We do not steal from the poor". I know in "Oblivion" this was a great thing with Grey Fox and all, and I know that "Oblivion" is taking place a looong time after ESO but still... I didn't find any hint in ESO that stealing from the poor is acceptable.
So completing this achievement actually requires me stealing from a slave ? Or is there a customer irregularly wandering into the place and I just haven't seen them yet? Or somebody hiding behind a cupboard, bookshelf or desk and just don't want to be seen??
I don't steal from poor people - beggars and slaves have my greatest sympathy in this game and sometimes I am really frustrated that I cannot flip a coin or two to someone who is kneeling on the ground and asking for just a bit of money or freeing a poor soul that is clearly exploited (we really need the Twin Lamps in ESO....)
So I won't complete this achievement because it just feels plain wrong to me to steal from Nugwugg. But if there is a way around this I would really like to know it.
