Fix Incapstrike animation

"Ravage an enemy with a spinning attack to deal [x] Magic Damage and increase your damage against them by 20%.". In 9/10 attacks there´s no spin animaton. It looks like some kind of lunges or something. I want my spinanimaiton :)

    Spin animation only happens when 200 ult or more

    It used to work that way. They changed that to a basic stupid animation.

    It still does the animation when you go over 200 ult, it just doesn't do bonus damage

    Didn´t now this. It would explain a lot. But i still think they should change it so the spin occurs at 50 ulti as well. Cause the spinanimation is really badass XD

    Doesnt work when using it over 200 ultimate, still same crappy "lunge animation"
