Basically it can double proc from force pulse and also liquid lightning+elemental blockade(inferno). This set was meant for us and from what I am seeing based on the math, it is a big contender for mage sorc. Plus, it looks amazing.

Like imagine both storms running with liquid lightning+elemental blockade while you are in overload form shooting lightning orbs. Like...elemental apocalypse.
