It's a 100% chance drop, but the weapon and its trait is random.
It's BoP, so you can trade with the people that completed the DSA with you for the next 2~hours.

✭Master weapons drop in vet Dragonstar Arena when scaled to cp160. I have not tried cheesing vDSA to see whether cp160 weapons drop when the content is scaled lower and I have not tried it on normal.
The weapons are bind on pickup, but like all BoP items now, they can be traded with your group members. I'm assuming the group members must be IN the dungeon with you, so you probably can't group with an existing team of 4 and pick flowers while they grind the dungeon for you... Hopefully that covers everything, lolPC/NA - Nightfighters, Raid Leader and Officer
