I can connect to the character selection screen, though it does seem pretty slow, but after character selection I get a verrrrry long load screen before it finally fails with:

I have tried a route trace to the live-services and get:

Is ping response disabled on live services or is there an issue? Or is it just my ISP (Virgin Media), perhaps.
Access was fine yesterday.
Anybody else experiencing issues accessing the EU server from the UK?
