I have sent in many tickets regarding an issue which I am having and not a SINGLE on has gotten a response, its not like I'm spamming tickets, I send them within about 2-3 weeks of each other but no response whatsoever. Am I the only one who never gets responses or does everyone get ignored?

The only once i have dealt with the support i got an answer the same day i submitted the ticket.
The support system is stuck these days because some people think it is funny to send in many tickets of the same issue. You can blame them for the fact that your ticket does not get answered.

I'd make sure your email address is correctly recorded on the account page, and check your spam box (if appropriate in both your email client and your ISP webmail page).

When the feedback is "why is every friggin boss in the game a gd cheat?" you don't really expect a reply. LOL

I have only had to send in one ticket, and it was ages ago. But I do remember it taking much longer than I anticipated to get a response. But I have higher expectations for a customer service department, and I think anything longer than 24 hours is unacceptable. I expect that they just are not staffed at a level that can accommodate quicker response times. And on top of that, I think their policy, whatever it is, is super bad when it comes to customer service - a good example of that is the we can't help you email.

Most of the time for me they don't even read it, I just get an auto-response and they just close it and mark it as resolved.

ZOS management probably thinks Support is doing a great job when in reality they are cheating the metrics and screwing over the customers.

Out of interest, what is the issue?

I'd love to see a breakdown of the nature of the tickets received by ZOS, including the number of duplicates. I've never understood what it is that so many people have problems with or why they think adding additional tickets will get a reply any quicker. Hopefully a repeat ticket starts the process over again.

... Come on, one non standard response in 200 tickets is not that bad.
You "just" have to be the (very) lucky one they answer to.

    sigh.
