I really love these new Camera options and angles guys. With angles and zooms like these it really helps me know where I am and what is around me in PvP.
I have no clue why this happened
Edit: Just to point out, this is a bug. It happened to me when I respawned in the Memorial District as a DC character if anyone wants to try and see if it happens to them too.
