I love feeding my vampires, I love the whole gory mess of it - but why is the target still at full strength (although stunned) afterwards? Vampires are killers, it's why people are afraid of them, NPC's talk about vampires murdering all the time. Yet my vamps creep up to a hapless bandit or whatever, slurpy-slurp, bandit is stunned for a bit, then full strength like nothing happened.

Shouldn't said bandit be either dead or at the very least rather anaemic? I'd love to be able to kill by feeding like I can in the other ES games. The victim should really be dead or weakened.

i get that i will make in balance in pvp but what if it was a insta kill on Npc's only and not on players?

New trial highscores will be 12 nightblade vampires who just feed on all bosses to kill them

But on a more serious note, Your idea isn't that bad. They could handle it similar to blade of woe (the dark brotherhood instant kill).

I'm going to assume the life forms in Tamriel are close to the life forms on Earth...

The average human stomach holds 1 liter, and can be distended up to four liters. So we are looking at just under 8.5 pints we could hold.

"The adult body contains approximately 5 to 6 quarts of blood (10 to 12 pints). The body can normally lose 1 pint of blood (usual amount given by donors) without harmful effects. A loss of 2 pints may cause shock, a loss of 5 to 6 pints usually results in death."

Looking at it this way we would be able to feed with stun on an npc 4 times, or feed with kill on one npc and with stun on another before becoming full. This also of course assumes you have not eaten any food, or drank any potions...

If enemies died how would the disease spread? Given npcs all have way more health than anyone else how comes they die and we won't?

Interesting idea, although the stun from Savage Feeding is usually enough for me to kill them anyway. Vampirism as a whole could really use some more love and some bigger tradeoffs with the stages.

Or the feed could just deal damage similar to the healing tick which would put each tick of damage at ~3-4k. I think that would be a satisfying change without making the damage ridiculous.
