Click repair, then let it verify the first part. Until it then tries to patch and download more files then click cancel by right clicking on the setting tab. The game should be ready to play . I know there have been times when it will pull that crap. Lucky you don't need a full repair in order to fix it. Just allow it to verify for the first part . You can also delete the launcher folder download a new one by selecting download game from your main online account place where you put in the redeem codes then set it once it starts the install process to where your eso folder is when you install the launch. Otherwise that launcher will not know you have the game installed.

I do think they need to look at their launcher and fix it. I know folks have had similer problem errors with the launcher. Forcing them to do a repair but they don't know that you only need to verify the first part until it starts downloading stuff and then click cancel. So it takes them hours most likely to have the repair like re download the entire game. So pretty much I hoped I helped and basically fixed your problem
But the best way to fix the 210 error is to basically redownload the launcher because it will keep doing it when the game has future patches. I recommend doing the repair method trick until the game is ready to play and then redownload the launcher after.

i did have this problem some time ago and it is not Good new i had to re downloade the game did try the guide thy made to fix it did't work for me at all. so i recommend that you uninstall the game and start re downloading it set on a film or a show wile you wayet for it to finish and enjoy the ride
