Viper's sting set broken ( multiple procs without cooldown)

Trying to find a way to upload screenshot atm. I saw this happen a month ago and saw it again recently. Not only is vipers sting able to proc 1 attack after another without a cooldown but it is also proccing multiple times off a single attack in pvp

✭I tested that set last week in Craglorn on PC and no matter what bow attack I used regardless of range that set would not proc. I was using the Combat log from AUI for it. Any Duel wield skill that I used made it proc just fine and multiple times over a long fight.
Are you sure your not seeing multiple proc's of it after the short 4 seconds? It can proc every 4 seconds according to the wiki which can easily cover a melee fight.

ostrapz✭✭✭I am not 100% on the proc from poison inject or dots but i am 100% on my other 2 points. The pic im still trying to upload i have a single siprise attack on my recap followed by 2 vipersting procs. I dont have pic to show the lack of cooldown but last night i was crit charged, followed by a biting jab, both procced the sting. As far as proccing multiple times off 1 attack im wondering if its possible that shuffle proc on a melee attack can dodge the attack and still land the viper stingXbox 1 NA

This! is the major problem w/ this game.
More content or fix old problems? I wish there was a way so we could say how our "Sub" money was spent. Most mmo's try to find the existing problems before they introduce new 'barely tested' content.
I love this game, but I'm losing faith in the programmers or who ever is coming out w/ these poorly thought out ideas.0 -
SnubbS✭✭✭✭✭I use viper on the only character I PVP on, I've never seen it Proc twice. Might try it on stamplar though -- perhaps it'll proc once from a standard attack, and then again from the jabs dot. I don't hold much hope though.0

Two things ive posted here. The screenshot is from 2 moths ago before widowmaker for clarity. You can clearly see there is only 1 suprise attack followed by two seperate viper sting procs.
The video has two clips. In the second clip its pretty simple. I duel the guy and if you look closely right before i die at the 44 second mark he barswaps to inject( if you listen close you can hear the arrow) and then i die before his next attack. You can see the damage numbers from the vipers sting proc by me and he hadnt even turned to face me for crit charge yet.In the first video note you can see a posion inject hit me coming from the tower from the person who procced the viper. If you look around flag there are only magicka builds. Its hard to see his name but the guy hops off the tower right when the video ends with his bow still in hand. There isnt any1 in melee distance other than the magnb so hopefully its not underquestion whether that was the person who killed me, if so ill post unedited video. I think this set is completely broken in multiple ways and im eager to see people try to debunk how this is happening
