Nightblade's stealth broken again

Hi ZOS. Looks like u there break NB's stealth again.
It's breaks by enemy's single target attacks again
It's breaks by your own DoT skills. Like refreshing path or elemental blokade.
As magicka NB, I am perplexed. Stop spoiling the main feature of this class please.

I ONLY use Dark Cloak for the CC it provides Concealed Weapon, and the 8% damage reduction it provides.

I have absolutely NO expectation of using it in any kind of evasive context WHATSOEVER.

Been broken since they nerfed it some patches ago (which is the first time it actually worked). They will never fix this, or clouding swarm, or movement speed. My magblade wants to cry.
