Adding Perfect Roe as rare chance for Hireling Mails

Right now almost any Hireling mail has got its "golden" chance.
Blacksmithing = Tempering Alloy
Clothing = Dreugh Wax
Woodworking = Rosin
Enchanting = Kuta

Only ones missing are Alchemy (because of no Hireling) and Provisioning.
I'd simply suggest to make it equal. Give each Provisioning Hireling Mail of Rank 3/3 the chance to have a Perfect Roe included.

    That's Seth Rogen, in the English version Perfect Rogan is called Perfect Roe.

    Lol @Cazzy it did immediately spring to my mind.

    @TheDarkRuler I'm with you in concept, I mean you get a good chance of Purples, which are actually useful for selling / top tier food. I guess the argument against would be whilst Psijic Ambroisa is a recipe and drink, its not really provisioning, its its own beast entirely. And I doubt anyone uses Roe for the Organza Gold recipe.

    I hear the principle, and we all want more roe, but I can see why not.

    I would love a perfect roe or perfect rogen! But seriously it should be so and you should have a chance to get upon passing in writ as well.

    I am of two minds on this. First, I have made 12 Ambrosias since they were added to the game, I have 9 left, its not something I really use. I think I have 2 or 3 Perfect Roes in the Craft Bag.

    So, for me, it does not need to drop in a Provisioning Writ. However a small chance to obtain it might be nice, but I would think it would need to be less than the chance to get a Fragment of the Recipe. Reason, people will have 8 or 12 characters doing L6 Recipe Writs, I have 4 of them myself only because the other 4 are doing lower level writs chasing rare blues and purples. So, the drop rate would have to be abysmally low to keep the rarity of the ingredient.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Main problem is the real, real bad RNG at fileting fishes.
    I have an addon which shows my stats.

    Of 1623 Fishes fillet'ed i only got 5 perfect roes.

    Perhaps the opportunity is that this comes from doing writes AND is a random drop from X.

    I stopped counting around 900... and haven't fillet'ed many since. I am still at 0, odds are I will never get 1 because of my lack of desire in even trying anymore.

    I wouldn't mind seeing a change in writ rewards for characters that already know the recipe... like instead of that character getting yet another fragment replace that chance with a slightly smaller chance at Roe

    I think it's obvious that this is set to drive customers to buy from the crown store.

    I would definitely enjoy seeing perfect roe being delivered by the provisioning hireling. That would be a change I'd welcome, so long as I'd still receive the purple ingredients as well.

    Sounds good at first, but no. Adding options for writs or hirelings will increase supply and devalue perfect roe. This comes from my perspective that it's more useful for generating gold than increasing XP. It's already really easy to earn massive XP, soon to be easier still with One Tamriel scaling. I'd rather keep the roe supply low and the price high, and have a good source of quick gold.

    If you don't get at least 1 Perfect Roe for every 125 (at most) fish, then you have the worst RNG on Earth.

    I heard a rumor perfect roe's drop rate was ninja nerfed a while back but it use to be 1.5% average and this has held pretty much true for me but I haven't been doing any fishing these past few months. I've probably have received about 15-20 perfect roe in my time here.

    I'd like to see it drop elsewhere along with the Hakeijo ruins.

    i did a lot of fishing when perfect roe first came out - averaged about 3 or 4 per 200 fish..... so 1.5 - 2 %

    been doing some more recently and the rate is about the same.
