Heavy lags and disconnects? EU PC

Hi all.
Sorry if I may beat a dead horse, but in the psat couple of days I've been experiencing really heavy lag spikes with subsequent disconnections.
Is it a server problem or maybe something is wrong with my network?
Every other game or online activity works perfectly fine.
EDIT: Server is EU PC

It doesn't matter of I'm not having any problems if we are on different servers.0 -
