PC add ons that console dont get

Ive read that there are differences in PC to console which makes for a different gameplay experience. Im not meaning graphic quality but rather the add ons.

Can some PC people give us console players a list of what you can add in as a PC player and how it changes the game. Maybe some of them could be integrated into the console UI somehow.

The only one I will say is AwesomeGuildStore purely because it makes searching through guild stores much, much easier. Having something like it added to the base game UI has been requested a lot.

fair do's, I like the UI too so I probably didnt ask my question right.

What I mean is ive heard about some add ons that PC users can utilise, such as one where you check mats prices. Im positive there are loads more as the pc users claim a different experience. Just wondered what they are.

Please provide us on Console with (optional) buff trackers (prio 1) and a (optional) dps parse after a boss fight.

With addons i get:
1) Buff tracking
2) Debuff tracking
3) DPS meter
4) Average prices in guild stores
5) Custom filters for guild stores
6) POIs on map

And that is just a really small amount of addons available out there. Console players sure lack a lot

Unless ive misunderstood, there is a buff tracker on console. Its not in a logical spot but rather back out on the character screen (above where it shows your character points – magika, health stam etc). I found it yesterday and saw a countdown for a potion I had drunk.

I used to play on Xbox but now PC. Addons are awesome and make things so much easier, and if you keep it minimal you can really keep the UI clean. I use a lot more than this, but here's some of the best I use all the time:

Awesome guild store
Helps with guild store navigation. Much better than the standard guild store. you can search for items and it has many handy filters. Don't know how I navigated around without this really!

Master merchant
Tracks prices of items and sales you make / others in your guild makes. Helps with choosing prices for items you want to sell.

Mini map
Don't have to keep loading the map up to see exactly where you are, saves a bit of time navigating around.

Sky shards / lore books
Shows locations of sky shards and lore books on the map, before I had to look it up on google if I missed one.

Craft store
Shows you all the stuff you've researched for crafting, all the motifs you've learned / haven't, and makes it easier to make glyphs, food and I think potions, unless I have another one for potions, I can't remember!

There's also more for combat such as combat metrics which gives you statistical info about every fight which can come in handy if you want to get good numbers in combat.

Add ons are awesome!

That is absolutely useless, as it won't help you in combat. Currently you have to keep in mind the different cool downs of the different skill. Makes learning a new rotation really hard and is a real annoyance for new players.

AlphaGear changes your setup/build with one click and automatically recharges your weapons.

TeamFormation gives you a HUD with the position and health state of your group much like a radar.

CyrHUD gives you live information of the current siege status of keeps and resources.

CombatCloud advises you when to interrupt, dodge, block, break free by big comic like customisable text. Like "Beam NOW!" when target drops into execution range or "Drop House!" when you need to do a purge on Templar.

There is an add-on that automatically chooses the right quick slot based on which resource is low and fires up a message to take a sip so that you only have to press the quick slot button.

Srendarrs Buff Tracker allows you to group your buffs and debuffs to enable tracking them. Like having one place on screen where all your AoE DoTs and their remaining duration are displayed. You can see enemy buffs as well, like if the guy is running radiant magelight or if he's running drinks or food and how long they are still up.
I can see which DoTs I applied below his health bar and how long until reapplying them.

Inventory Grid View. Self explanatory. With filters for search, but that's another add-on.

Destinations with Skyshards, lorebooks, quest giver pins, harvest node pins and an automatic customisable farming route creation.

And so on and so on. I wouldn't want to play without addons. Would honestly quit immediately

Here is a short list of great addons that are invisible why you are walking around or fighting but add a huge amount of quality of life to the game.

1. Research Assistant - displays symbols next to items you loot showing whether you have already researched the trait or not, and if not whether you already have an item with that trait stored in your bank or in your inventory already. Also clearly mark "ornate" and "intricate" for easy selling and deconstructing. Invaluable for aspiring crafters.

2. AI Research Grid - With one click you can view all researched traits and all motifs and pages of motifs that you have learned/need to learn.

3. Awesome Guild Store - Search guild store for exactly what you need, without having to scroll through dozens or more pages of stuff you don't.

4. Sous Chef - Recipes you loot are marked as learned or not yet learned. Also you can mark individual recipes while at a firepit, and the ingredients will show up as marked in your inventory, so you only keep the ingredients you need.

5. Advanced Filters - Pretty simple. Extra sub filters in your inventory screen, such as light, medium, heavy armour etc..

6. Research Timers (various authors) - Shows how much time you have left on your research/horse timers, without having to go to the stable or each individual crafting station.

Maybe more, not at my regular computer right now. All of these add menu based functionality to the game so they don't interfere with the HUD as you are walking around. In fact you would be hard pressed to identify the addon elements at all since they blend so well with aesthetic.

OMG!!!

:'( those would be unbelievably useful to me. Im finding it a real chore to do all that manually, especially the first one!. im having to lock and store stuff in the bank (which i since found doesn't hide it when you deconstruct!)

This just makes me want to switch to PC LOL!

Then I can get absolutely crushed in PvP by Syper, Fengrush, and KingRichard instead of this LagSpike guy all of console players endlessly keep encountering..

OP, unfortunately the add-on list is long but it does help gameplay. The base UI in ESO is merely a shell of what it should be.

The Devs had built a full feature normal UI in beta but they changed their vision and gutted it.

Hopefully you guys on console will be able to get add-ons eventually.

Yeah, your buffs and debuffs show up in a list on your Character Sheet screen on the left side, such as potions and foods, active skills, and debuffs from mobs.
