JR_Returns✭✭✭Multiple servers in at least two locations down at the same time. The probability that this was caused by an internal error or bug can't be that high, something external would seem more likely.
I expect ZOS will be working hard to get the system back online but if it is external that may take time. We just have to be patient.
If it was someone external, could you please hit the banks next time they deserve it far more than we do.0 -

Manpoints✭✭✭✭I had just completed a HRC HM when the server went down, trying to be smart I transferred the loot (some of which I paid for) into a banker 'for safe keeping', well logging on, everything I tried to put in the bank has disappeared, and Im out about 2 million gold.
Lodged a ticket, was told they cannot restore deleted or deconstructed items in the usual the copy/paste customer service.
