In our company SLA agreements regarding server downtimes, ESO would be the top.

Keeping this "cute" attitude not brings back the players. Everyday you losing players due to those big problems. People are streaming and do you know what they think about "your" game? With constant disconnects and lags i'm %300 sure this game will not last for 5 years. Will be closed due to extreme stupidness lol.
Five years is too much. Less than 6 months is more realistic.

Which platforms comes up first in each megaserver is not dependent of the other megaserver as far as I know. hum,second ,why ESO has so much bugs? For example, server's stability problem or dungeon's Bosses cannt work on sometime.
I've always like Elder Scrolls collection games ,whether single player or online games,but Bethesda released the game products let me disappointed on this year: Fallout 4 has many bugs and low FPS on PS4 , Elder Scrolls 5 release to reset version and all that...
