    Keeping this "cute" attitude not brings back the players. Everyday you losing players due to those big problems. People are streaming and do you know what they think about "your" game? With constant disconnects and lags i'm %300 sure this game will not last for 5 years. Will be closed due to extreme stupidness lol.

    This game has a much better chance at lasting that others do. I was playing Ark for a while, and even though it's an early access game, they have disappointed fans so often and made some rather poor choices. I no longer play it...ESO all the way! Even with the bugs and issues :)

    There's plenty to do while waiting. Check Facebook and return a few pokes, delete mail from that account that hasn't been checked in a month or three, read some news, make a sandwich, take a nap, look at cat pics.....So much to choose from!

    Do i need to purchase a DLC for that?

    Five years is too much. Less than 6 months is more realistic.

    I played the game since Beta, and kept going through all the bugs and even made it past free to play, although, instead of pushing out fixes, they just pushed out a F2P platform that didn't address the bugs.
    I thought, after taking a year of, that all of the bugs and server downtime would be sorted out. As I've been able to tell over the past two weeks of resubbing (dumb move?!?!), the bugs that drove me away, are still not fixed. The server downtime, also hasn't been sorted out. 14 days after resubbing, I am regretting my decision.

    For one, ZoS isn't shipping a product. They are trying to fix an issue on a product that has already been 'sent' to you to begin with.

    You have gotten the package, and you have played the package. Your analogy falls apart because everyone on this forum has recieved a product and played it in some way. You haven't been refrained from getting an ETA. You got an ETA on when it would MAYBE be fixed and according to recent feedback it's turning out to be longer than they thought.
    ZOS doesn't understand the point of why people give out ETAs lol.

    Considering that you are replying to a staff comment that contained information on an ETA I'm pretty sure ZoS does know how to deliver ETAs and are doing it correctly.
    It's to let your consumers know when they can expect to have something, even if the ETA changes like it did this time it's better to at least have an ETA than none at all.

    She has been keeping it up to date. If you followed the thread instead of typing away a rant comment you would see from a couple pages back that she updated her initial ETA with one that basically said that this is taking longer than expected. As such we can't give a definite ETA of a few minutes but we can tell you that it is being worked on.
    This isn't no mans sky or whatever, the world isn't going to end if you mess up on your ETA. We'd just like to get an ETA and have a public goal set of when it should be done.

    You are the one treated this like a NMS controversy. Please consider her work on the other side of the screen. She isn't a damn robot. She is a staff member and she CAN'T SAY ANYTHING in regards to this issue until she gets updated word on the tech staff about how close or far away servers are going to be fixed.
    She gave an ETA of a few minutes the first time because that is what the team told her as a definite. Now, however that is not the case and until the team gives her another clear answer she can't say anything on the matter other than generals.

    Also it's been like 20 minutes. Relax dude. Check out other hubs on the internet. catch up on your favorite shows, play OTHER GAMES you have been neglecting in the mean time. It's not the end of the world here. ESO will still be there when you come back.
