Without this new problem the game is already impossible to play and from the time it takes to fix this one I guess I shouldn't hope for a performance fix in the future since they'II keep adding new stuff without fixing performance issues that need addressing.1 -
Eweyhen✭✭I tried logging in to PTS, I got a notification that my toons aren't cross-server, and then I was able to use my main toon. Also, my entire screen minus my ability bar and chat box was totally black. I tried reloading UI and moving my mouse around. Even on the main character selection screen only a select few things I could see but the bulk of my screen was black.

Its cuz More ppl are ESO+ membership.
If all go cancel their memberships right now im betting servers will magically repair and there will be no more downtime.
I figure they see all the new memberships and must think that means they 'have to do something' so they are bringing servers down to make it look like they working hard.6 -

lol @ this coming from an actual ZOS admin.
The point of an ETA (Estimated time of arrival) is to give the consumer a reasonable expectation of when their purchased product will be shipped.
when I buy a package, there is an ETA on when I'll get it. Of course the package could be damaged, could be lost, the driver could die, the plane could crash, the world could end!!!! However that doesn't justify refraining from giving ETAs.
ZOS doesn't understand the point of why people give out ETAs lol. It's to let your consumers know when they can expect to have something, even if the ETA changes like it did this time it's better to at least have an ETA than none at all.
This isn't no mans sky or whatever, the world isn't going to end if you mess up on your ETA. We'd just like to get an ETA and have a public goal set of when it should be done.
