PS4 EU also having issues; again

. Started the same way as last time, with my character unable to travel to a guild member (nothing happened), and I am now stuck on an infinite load screen . . .

I got an application update pop up when I tried to login. It's at 62 percent. (1.17) Maybe it was an emergency patch?
