I had the same problem - an honest mistake, or so I thought. Sony weren't helpful / interested in that and said I should have checked my emails first to see if I had received a purchase receipt before trying to place the order again. Don't understand why I got the error message if the purchase went through as intended. Anyway, sorry for taking this off-topic.great. Just bought 2250 yesterday.... always the case...

its happened on a few games to me now and ive googled that we aren't alone. The cynical side of me says the system does it on purpose and covers itself with 'digitial purchases are final' rubbish. I had the same problem 1 month ago. I talked to the playstation support and they said if zenimax remove the crowns, that are to much, i will get my money back. Last week i got a credit from playstation-support. So if you contact the support of ESO and PSN you have a chance to get your money back.Edited by Hankrabbit on September 14, 2016 11:54AM1 -
