While there might be others, the only one I know of, that seems to matter is Resistance. At 32,500 or so, you maximize damage mitigation at 50%. I think someone mathed the number a little higher, closer to 33,000 with the new CP Cap.

Cyrodiil has some additional Caps, but not sure what they are. I think they are 50% for Shields and Damage, maybe something else.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

ATM, the only notable 'hardcap' is going to be Physical and Spell Resistance, which cap at ~32k. Any number over that nets no increase in resistance.

In addition, computers themselves are capped at numbers they can calculate, but nothing in ESO gets to be that big of a number (2^32 is a 32-bit hardcap, which is about 3.96 billion).

Movement speed is hard capped while blocking.
    Movement buffs take no influence.
"I still do not understand why I followed the advice of Captain Rana to bring the villagers of Bleakrock into safety. We should have fought for our village and not have backed down, with our tail between our legs. Now my home village is in shambles, the houses burning, the invaders feasting.I swear every day to Shor that after Molag Bal has been defeated, I will hunt down the invaders and restore peace in Bleakrock and drink my mead with my friends at the market place".PC-EU

Also, in the current pvp sharpened meta, it's possible to take your resistance cap and bring it down. While this sucks, it's possible to account for this penetration and add additional resistance to compensate. So if your enemy has 5280k focus with 5280 major breach, you can find ways "negate" this by making your resistance number above the cap (36k is achievable under specific builds.).

I don't think it's possible to achieve a full 50% mitigation on armor alone in pvp without sacrificing regen/dmg and the above information only works if your enemy has access to 10k penetration (typically nightblades/stam users).

If you're at 32,500 are skills and passives that reduce damage (mist form, undeath passive, minor protection, etc) useless because you're already at 50% damage mitigation?

No, the physical / magical resistance cap works alongside with blocking and other forms of mitigation.
