Quest bugged Quarry Conundrum

During the quest "quarry conundrum" you need to solve the little puzzle (no spoilers) then talk to Neramo, unfortunately, Neramo has no new dialog options for me to progress the quest.

Any one else run into this?

    Just tried this quest tonight but cannot complete it as it seems to be bugged. I could only operate the lever, other items were highlighted but not usable. I thought this bug had been fixed with the latest patch, but not for me unfortunately!

    You don't activate the Pedestal, but hit the paddles on the pedestal with your weapon
