PvP soldiers weapon concept

PVPers find pve boring, we only go back to pve to make or improve gear, make money and buy consumables. We don't have time to go farm vma or vdsa and most pvp players are anti social,
so it's hard to get master weapons, i have an idea that will benefit pvp players, i call it the soldiers weapon, they can be bought for 2 mill ap and only work in cyrodill and ic.

PvP soldiers sword: after killing an enemy player, gain 10% stam recovery and 5% max stam for 20 seconds adds 160 weapon damage. Does not stack.

PvP soldiers dagger: attacking from crouch grants minor force and major savagery for 10 seconds adds 160 weapon damage.

PvP soldiers maul: after killing an enemy player, restore 4k stamina and 3k health adds 160 weapon damage.

PvP soldiers greatsword: your light and heavy attacks have a 10% chance to cause major defile on an enemy player and grants you major brutality for 5 seconds Adds 160 weapon damage.

PvP soldiers bow: 10% chance when using a bow ability to summon a companion to fight by your side, the companions bow attack deal 3000 physical damage every 1 second for 10 seconds and snares the enemy adds 160 weapon damage. The companion can be interrupted or killed.

PvP soldiers shield: 10% chance when hit to gain 30 ult and reduce damage taken by 10% for 5 seconds, adds 1000 max stamina and 1000 max magicka.

PvP soldiers restoration staff: have a 5% chance when healing allies to summon a companion who heals nearby allies and resurrects dead allies within a 15 meter radius for 5 seconds.

PvP soldiers destruction staff: after killing an enemy player, gain major sorcery, restore 4k magicka and gain 10% max magicka for 20 seconds adds 160 spell damage. does not stack.

    The numbers listed look extreme but I like the idea of pvp master type weapons bought for AP.

    Still too strong, a 2500 DoT is going to crit for upwards of 4k on a lot of builds and its literally free to gain, no skill slot or usage required.

    Ah not really, killing an enemy player is more challenging than killing an npc, that's why those numbers are high.

    Look, the base idea is cool, but most of these are horribly unbalanced, bow is just the worst offender. What's scary is someone on ZoS's dev team will see this and think "oh cool, lets do that" even though it will create further stamina imbalance

    Make the pvp weapons affect the 3rd ability in their respective weapon trees, follow the pattern set by master and maelstrom weapons

    Love the whole PvP weapon concept. I so agree with the very top first paragraph. No offense PvEr's. I also need to stop falling asleep in IC...

    I think the PvP weapon concept sounds great!

    I think they should be good for PvE and PvP just like masters and maelstrom weapons have been, so PvE'ers are incentivized to PvP.

    I like the idea of them being based on the third weapon skill in each tree, and it could be just the buff magica needs with crushing shock/force pulse getting some sort of buff.

    Abilities that are third in the skill tree (and morphs):
    2H - Uppercut
    S/B - Defensive Posture
    DW - Whirlwind
    Bow - Scatter shot
    Destro - Force Shock
    Resto- Blessing of Protection

    Some idea's for enchants (feel free to tweak / argue the virtue etc)
    All - adds 1400 armour/spell penetration
    2H - Crushing Blows enchantment - gain 500 armour penetration on successive uppercuts - can stack 5 times (note you can not weave other attacks in between)
    S/B - Stalwart Guard enchantment - 6% chance on successful block to gain 15 ultimate and get minor protection for 6 seconds
    DW - Beserker enchantment - when you execute with whirlwind gain major beserk for 4 seconds
    Bow - Kiting Shadow enchantment - Creates a shadow image that absorbs the next 2 attacks
    Destro - Elemental Force enchantment - 6% chance on hit to gain minor force for 10 seconds
    Resto - Vital Protection enchantment - Applies minor vitality for 8 seconds

    Looks like stam gets the better end of this deal. Nice try wrobel. I know that's you. But in all seriousness it would be cool to have some kind of good weapon for pvp to spend ap on. What I don't like though, is that the only thing magicka gets is staff. Not all magicka users use staffs mkay?

    I really like the idea but I would change a few things.

    Do not make the weapons only PVP based. The Master and Maelstroms weapons can also be used in PVP so why not make it possible to use the Soldier weapons in PVE.

    I would also change the price. 2 million AP is kinda high as it is much easier to do VMA a few times then to make 2 million AP. I would want to see it in the range of 500K - 1 million AP. Or make the desired trait 1.5 mil and a random one 200k.

    The weapon buffs need to be thought through. A buff that only works after killing an enemy is not very useful unless you kill several. A Master and Maelstrom would still be better, they need to be on the same par.

    I mainly play PVP and indeed I do PVE to make money, get gear and such. I think it's strange that we PVPers have almost no options to get good endgame gear or make easy money like in PVE. I think ZOS needs to think PVP through as PVE and PVP are two aspects of the game but somehow you have to keep doing PVE content to be on par in PVP.
    I like doing dungeons and trials but my main focus is PVP and adding more PVP related suff/ gameplay would be very nice.

    For example a quest (daily or weekly) that can drop specific PVP Soldier/ Monster sets only in PVP when you capture 3 specific keeps or if your race owns all 3 towns within a certain time frame after accepting the quest. I know this might not be doable but something similar could be done. Think about it.

    DW- Converts the DW execute passive to 50% from 25% when using whirlwind

    2H- Adds a 2k dot for 5 seconds after a successful uppercut, can occur once per target every 15 seconds

    Destro- Make the element your staff is do double damage and reduce spell resistance by 3k for force pulse
