✭as you said in title its a L2P issue
your in a SOLO instance of course there is going to be lag, all the data the game is having to contend with because of you &
your passives
Maelstrom has existed for months you really should know the rotation of each mob, so that even when they are invisible or the frame rate has dropped you can still complete a flawless speed run
and complaining about the frame rate... well just goes to show your a noob!
and also you deff need to reset your router, and also since your on xbox you should do a hard reset, delete all saved data and possible delete/re-install the game! because the problem is ALWAYS with the console. ALWAYS!

In on a cable. Have 100mb connection. XB download speeds cap out at 60mb. No issue with that.
It is the game. Loading is taking longer and longer, NPCs are taking forever to spawn in. Everyone is a shadow when you change zone for 4 mins.
Load into crash wood and get a loading screen for not paying the toll at nagaddu.
It's going back to pre db.
Vma doesn't crash on the load screen between round 6&7 it now boots you mid combat on round 5. Generally the ogre or Atro round.

My advice is to craft some "Git Gud Potions", and sip them on cooldown. You're guaranteed to have less lag by 10x. 
But on a serious note, it's not your fault. You just got hit with some extreme lag. Not a "L2P" issue at all, bruh-bruh. Don't even sweat it. And best of wishes getting whatever it is you seen in Maelstrom. I wish all the RNG and luck to you in the world.

✭That sounds pretty rough actually! I was aware Xbox was struggling but thought that issues had been largely addressed. Regardless that looks like a complete de-sync, which can be brought on by connection issues. Just because your average speeds are solid it doesn't mean it's consistent. Even the best connections can get hiccups commonly.
And I'm honestly not trying to sound condescending but have you tried abandoning any quests you aren't doing or don't plan on doing??
