I bought steam wallet funds $40 worth, and when I try to buy crowns it wont give me the option to use my steam wallet.. I read a third party wesbite should redirect me when i click buy but it doesn't. I am very worried because i may have wasted $40...

I bought steam funds because the eso store would not process my credit card so i asked in-game and someone said buy steam wallet funds, then go to the crown pack u want and it should redirect me..

I did not but this game through steam also.

please tell me i can do something about this :neutral:

    Pretty sure you have to have bought the game via steam to use steam wallet to pay. I don't have the game on steam, so I'm only assuming you can use your wallet... but if you didn't buy the gagme via steam you definitely don't buy your crowns via steam.

    Contact Steam support and ask for a refund. They're unlikely to give you one, but it's the only option you have, so it can't hurt to try.
