Health nerf glitch, No active effect, only way to fix is Death or Purify

It's happen many times before but now I'm reporting it.
I normally have 17k hp, after dying and I ended up with 14k max, my HP bar would neevr fill all the way up. It's not an UI issue either my physical health number is lowered and goes to 13k when hit.
The only way to fix this is to purify your self or die. There is no active effects on like a curse or anything.

Everytime I heal in pvp on my templar it happen. My health is usually 31k then goes down to 22k, it sucks great monkey ***2 -

Just for the sake of fkn with ZOS, is the bar stuck at like 75-85% of it's full length? No food buffs, ability buffs, or debuffs, etc...

✭✭I get this too but only whenever I try to heal in PVP, during battles where a lot is going on so I can't isolate the cause. Try as I might I can't heal back to a full bar. Synfaer✭✭✭✭✭Yeah I had this happen too doing a normal dungeon run on my DK tank. Heath was stuck at 72% for some reason, relogging inside dungeon did not fix it, but relogging outside & not in group did.1 -

✭I had this health desync too after dying several times to one of the Hew's Bane world bosses and I'm on console, so not addon related, necessarily. A friend had the same thing, at the same time.
