Suggestions
1. Allow players to create their own costumes from gear that they like the look of.
2. Change the trial counter to reset every Monday, when regular maintenance is done (whether maintenance is done or not). I didn't realize until very recently that the counter is specific to each toon and I really felt for guild leaders who are trying to organize trials.

Beside this, nothing can be created that is not already in the game. Mods like the ones for skyrim cannot work in ESO. It's an MMO, not a single player game. Only one game ha sever done such a thing but no one could see what the played created unless the player provided the files and the saved them in the right place.
Just not worth it IMO.
I spiel agree with #2 but Zos has the wisdom to have some counters reset at only 5 days and others reset at 7. Sometimes Zos's logic is not obvious.0 -

It would be using skins that are already in game. Aion allowed people to use gear as skins and it worked very well (one of the few things that did).Player made costumes would subtract from their crown costume revenue..?
