✭Actually, you're not allowed to have the name of a famous person (dead or alive) especially if there's a religious connection which could be the case here. I know someone who had to change their name too because of this, even while it wasn't offensive.
On the other hand, seems like he deliberately typed MahaDma instead of MahaTma, which could be the effect of a forced name change already.

Soul shriven staff is similar, but a bit different. The wood is a bit darker in colour and more 'twisted'0 -

Considering the incredible amount of variations around "Ragnar Lothbroek", "Geralt of Rivia" or "Yennefer van Vengerberg" you see ingame, I doubt there's any problem here. (And Lothbroek is not a fictional character).
I don't understand the rant here, I applause the "cosplay" and I thank the person who posted it, because I probably wouldn't have noticed it ingame.

Well, of course most get away with it since it's only if it happens to be brought to the attention of ZOS that there is a possibility that they might ask you to change it. Hmmm, actually have never heard of that happening to anyone. I wonder aswell, if someone whose character's name was Harry Potter, and ZOS demanded that they change it, there is a guy IRL whose name is Harry Potter, how could they ask him to change it of it was his actual name, not the JKR's character's name? Or even if you yourself look like a certain fictional character and made your toon look like yourself, it would be discriminatory to ask you to change it.
