Maelstrom - starting portal won't spawn

Hi,
A few months ago I started to run normal maelstrom on my Templar, got to round 7 or something but ran out of time and had to go out. Deleted the quest I while back (pretty sure as it's no longer in my journal) went back in today to finish it off and to start learning vet but when I go there the dude is just standing around with the merchant. Go through the door and no portal, talk to the dude and no option to re-start the quest.... Help ?

N0TPLAYER2✭✭✭✭✭Set it to normal them back to vet. Or vice versa. Switch the difficulty and then change it back and it will reset it.0 -

Pepper8Jack✭✭✭I've seen this before, but only after spending 6+ straight hours in the arena when first learning the mechanics. All I needed to do to fix it was to close out of ESO and reboot the game0
