vMA Issue

Hi guys, earlier today I completed Vet Maelstrom Arena. So it took about 1 hour and 50 minutes, and I reached the end. At the chest I had got a Sharpened Battleaxe, but before I claimed it from the chest I was letting out my tears of joy in a friends DM. After a few messages, I got KICKED from the server... :neutral: When I came back online, I spawned at the vMA wayshrine and I checked to see no portal or chest. I am extremely dissappointed and I am wondering if anyone here thinks/knows I can get my weapon back :smiley: The reason i'm pretty mad at this is because I only have 230 champion points and it's a huge pain to do Maelstrom. Thanks :smiley:

    I left ZoS a email, and I got the bot email so far, and i'm anxiously waiting for a response from them. I'm really nervous because that was a great weapon + trait and hopefully I get it back.

    I dont think zos will help you get back the weapon. Obviously it was your own mistake and you should've claimed it before you get excited. Just saying, im not trying to be salty.

    I did something similar last week; beat my high score and got so excited I left without looting the chest /facepalm. You can try your luck with zos support but idk if they can even tell what weapon the chest offered you.

    I hope, I mean I linked it to my friend also, and i'm pretty sure ZoS can check chats. So i'm honestly not sure.. And i'm sorry that happened D: . Hopefully support can be understanding.

    Wow nice drop hopefully it gets returned to you.

    The things I'd do for any 2h sharpened VMA weapon.

    That's the whole reason I've started running it. 40+ runs and over 30 weeklies and not yet. Received all the other good drops except sharpened daggers.

    No sharp 2h? I'm at like 20 without one.My buddy has done like 5 runs and has a sharp greatsword.. such *** if you ask me.. he thinks it's all good though. Lol.

    I honestly stopped running it.

    Yeah, I got 2 Sword and Boards my 1st and 2nd runs, my 3rd was this Sharpened Battleaxe which hopefully, gets returned to my hands. :)

    Next time i run VMA i may get disconnected at the final chest and enquire about my missing Sharpened Maul >:)

    ZOS Is capable of giving it back. Just like they can do it on PTS I think. I guess ill have to wait and see..

    First thing, did you have the vMA quest for it to saved your progress?

    Yes I have it says talk yo Fa Nuit Hen. I see a portal but it won't let me enter and if I talk to the NPC it says I'm on the 1st round so I can't turn in the quest.

    Good luck! Got a big lag/disconnect of the end of vdsa and couldnt loot the chest. 6 hours of my life gone. They replied and told me my mail would be submitted to development team and that I wouldnt get another answer. Sent back another email in hope I could at least get a weapon....nope....
    Must add it happened to 2/4 of the group.

    tried doing this with support and it didnt work :wink: got my wep after 15+ more runs so its all good
