How do i start a dungeon?

As per title, Ive done plenty of dungeons with randoms by using the activity finder but Ive never started one. How do i go about starting one like say Spindleclutch and inviting randoms? Sorry if this is a numpty question lol

start a group,fill the roles you want,set to normal or vet,port in.
