When are we getting one? What is it about? Are we even getting any new dlc this year?

Storyline-wise, Mephala's Realm will come after Clockwork City. That much I can assure you.
Current known info regarding future DLC content zones:
Mephala's Realm is its own future DLC. (hinted at in Orsinium) (shown in trailer)
• Featured in Maelstrom Arena Stage 6
• Featured in Cradle of Shadows
Clockwork City is its own future DLC. (hinted at in Orsinium) (shown in trailer)
• Featured in Maelstrom the Arena Stage 2 and Stage 4
Murkmire is its own future DLC. (shown in trailer)
• Featured in Maelstrom Arena Stage 3 and Stage 7
Vvardenfell is its own future DLC. (hinted at in Dark Brotherhood) (*datamined*)
• Heavily hinted at by NPCs in the Dark Brotherhood
• Morag Tong motif is a dead giveaway

But that sucks... RIP any major city seriously... PS4 EU is a mess now, always laggy at least for me, I dont even want to imagine...how do they think One Tamriel is a good idea? You already do though, since you can group with them in dungeons. Also it won't be THAT bad in terms of lag due to instancing that seperates players when one instance is full.
