Dual Wield. Steel Tornado is a good execute since it scales damage and hits multiple targets. From what I know people go with a Stamina Sorcerer cause of the Surge ability.

That's more or less up-to-date, if you run into any problems with the build, I'm sure you can find suitable replacements. Of course, you can go about it any way that you want to, this is just Deltia's preferred build for it.
Dual Wield (Main DPS Bar)
Rending Slash (morph of Twin Slashes | Dual Wield skill line) – A strong hitting Damage over Time effect (DoT), but not our strongest. Consider this important to maintain during single target fights.
Rearming Trap (morph of Trap Beast | Fighters Guild skill line) – This is our bread and butter DPS tool as a stamina build and our #1 priority to maintain. Not only is the damage great, but the added benefit of 12% critical strike damage skyrockets our DPS. It does take a second to rearm, so make sure you recast roughly every 12 seconds.
Bound Armaments (morph of Bound Armor | Daedric Summoning) – A big time boost to our maximum stamina and it needs to be toggled on. With this, we can easily reach 40k stamina and hit “like a truck.”
In Veteran Maelstrom Arena I swap this out for Razor Caltrops or Resolving Vigor for more support.
Rapid Strikes (morph of Flurry | Dual Wield skill line) – Our main single target spammable attack that gives the next damage ability a massive 2900 increase in weapon damage. The goal here is to weaving a light attack, Rapid Strikes, light attack THEN a DoT (Trap Beast, Poison Injection, and or Rending Slash). The added benefit of casting the DoT makes it a must to constantly weave in between.
Steel Tornado (morph of Whirlwind | Dual Wield skill line) – A simple AoE spammable attack.
Consider swapping in Deadly Cloak from Dual Wield skill line for a pure single target fight.
[Ultimate] Dawnbreaker of Smiting (morph of Dawnbreaker | Fighters guild skill line) – I love the new change to this ability for the stun, high burst and low ultimate cost. The DoT from this ability can benefit from Rapid Strikes via Maelstrom weapons so make sure to weave in a RS right before popping this down.
Bow (Buffs and Debuffs)
Hurricane (morph of Lighting Form | Storm Calling skill line) – AoE, major resistance and it procs our Implosion passive, a MUST have skill. Not to mention the speed it provides especially if we dodge roll with bow passive (major and minor expedition). With a buff duration of 15 seconds, make sure to keep this up after finishing your back bar rotation.
Poison Injection (morph of Poison Arrow | Bow skill line) – This is usually what I start a fight with and remember, this can benefit from RS buff. So during my rotation, I’ll RS then bar swap, Poison Injection to give it that 2900 Weapon Damage. This DoT can tick for 15k crit when mobs are low health. Not the mention Implosion can hit for 15k plus when below 15% health.
Bound Armaments (morph of Bound Armor | Daedric Summoning) – Same as above.
In Veteran Maelstrom Arena I swap this out for Razor Caltrops or Resolving Vigor for more support.
Endless Hail (morph of Volley | Bow skill line) – I like this morph due to it’s two second longer duration. It does do AoE damage, but mainly for single target casted after Poison Injection. The trick to using this properly is making sure it’s the last thing you cast on your back bar. Click it, and immediately swap for a faster animation.
Critical Surge (morph of Surge | Storm Calling skill line) – Our main survivablity tool and it still rocks. 33 seconds of monster healing which procs off of critical damage and benefits from Quick Recovery in the Champion Point system.
Swap in Razor Caltrops if you have a reliable healer, no one else is using Caltrops and you’re using Weapon Power potions.
[Ultimate]Shooting Star (morph of Meteor | Mages Guild skill line) – Big time damage, though Dawnbreaker can out preform this on Daedric mobs. The nice thing about this is the Empower that comes with it and the range. Charge a heavy attack, hit the ult, Poison Injection for some massive burst to start a fight.
Absorption Field (Negate morph) is a great alternative for extra healing. Also Atro while leveling is still solid damage for those that hate lore book hunting.
Gear
Valkyn Skoria – Since the major of our damage comes from DoT effects, this is a logical choice and massively boost our AoE damage. Found in Veteran City of Ash (helm from last boss) shoulders from Undaunted Pledge system.
Spawn of Mephala’s helm from Fungal Grotto combined with a Maelstrom Axe makes a bigger impact in single target fights (around 2k DPS instead of 1k), however your AoE damage will suffer.
Hunding’s Rage – A reliable craftable five piece set that gives us everything we need for good damage.
Night Mother’s Gaze – Another choice for added utility is NMG due to it’s armor stripping value. However, if someone else is running this set in a dungeon or a trial, you’ll be wasting a five piece bonus. Therefore I usually stick with Hunding’s because it will always work.
Maelstrom Weapons – I know everyone doesn’t have these weapons, but they make a HUGE DPS difference. The stam sorc in Veteran Maelstrom Arena with this build is extremely powerful. My very first attempt I got 525,000 score and can easily get 550k with practice. But, you have to learn the fights and get the gear. Keep at it, it’s worth it.
Crafted Weapons / plus four pieces of Night Mother’s Gaze – If you don’t want to get VMA weapons, go with a 5 piece Hunding’s Rage and a 4 piece Night Mothers Gaze. This is a very strong combo and will produce great results until you get weapons.
Agility Jewelry – While it’s expensive to collect, it’s still the best 3 piece DPS set for stamina builds. If you can’t afford this, go with a cheap Robust set of Endurance as a very good replacement.
