I got no credit for gold/silver quests [Incident: 160909-001036]

Hi,
Why I am not getting credit when I complete undaunted gold/silver quests?
It happened to me when I completed those quests yesterday. I also noted a lot
of lag. I logged off and on and that solved the lag issue, but I never got credit
for my gold/silver completed quests.

✭✭Are you definitely picking them up the same day you run them?
A lot of times people pick them up in the evening then don't run them till the next day. I've also seen where the quest changes while people are running the dungeon so when you turn the quest the daily has changed.
So essentially have to finish the dungeon the same day it is the daily quest. You can't wait a few days then expect to get the reward1 -

No, it does not work like this. If you have the quest, you can hold on to it for as long as you want. Once you finish the quest, you can turn it in and still get rewards.3 -

Did you turn them into the Quest Giver and get your Keys? Until you do that, the only Exp your going to get is if the pledge was also a Dungeon you have not done yet (in this case you get the regular dungeon exp for completing it and the Exp for turning in the pledge)Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Today I just have finished running Undaunted Silver quest and got
no credit again? My progression still at 9 (0-200). Need your
help to resolve this problem as it is no fun to play and not
get credit for it.

Well...I found that this is a "bug" and it has reported before (see below) and ZOZ
has not fixed it nor provide an explanation of why it is happening. It seems to me that
the maximum level you can reach is 9 not 10 in the undaunted guild line.

Yes, I can confirm that 9 is the max level we can reach in the
Undaunted guild progression line. I received today the following
email response by Dina from the ZOZ support Team:
"Hello David,
You will not get any experience for the Undaunted after level 9 because it is the maximum level.
You should see that you already are a Undaunted Skill Master after reaching Rank 9.
We understand the UI display is a bit confusing. This is simply a UI error, and the experience bar
should actually disappear when reaching max level. Rest assured, we are already working on
solving this issue.

Cazic✭✭✭✭✭Yes 9 is max undaunted rank. You are indeed getting credit for completing the quests but your undaunted rank will not move any further.
