Why are the idles so much better than the personalities in the crown store?

So I have nothing to do and decided to fool around with some of the emotes that's available for us. I went with the idles and couldn't believe how much better it is comparing to the crap that ZoS is selling to us in crown store.

ZoS please allow us to customized our own personalities by allowing us to use emotes (Idles) as our personalty.

Why not just assign the emote to a hotkey or if you're on console to the wheel thing...I'd prefer to see new personalities than emotes being made into them.

I use a plugin that automatically plays emotes as an idle.

This addon is great. It allows you to make a custom profile of emotes, some of which I didn't even know of. You can select how long you're idle until they kick in etc... They also have default profiles like Mage, begger etc... Also, the auto emote help not kick you from the game if you have to afk for 10 minutes or so.
