Is there a reason why the mace is not part of the set?
Really would love to run this combo, but since the mace is not part of the set it becomes useless.
Insulting people on the internet is cowardly.

    The permafrost set from the shield doesn't come in weapons. It drops in jewelry and armor

    Also shield can drop as part of permafrost or glorious defender sets.
