1)Alright, I currently own Imperial City DLC and also a 60 days ESO Plus member. So they finally release a 4 DLC game pack but I already own Imperial City so do you think i should buy it or not? Do I get an extra copy of Imperial City? No? Yes? Not sure?

2) Personally i also feel that the new ESO Gold Edition is a slap of insult. Maybe because of the currency difference but on my side i felt that i've been ripped especially i owned the Imperial Edition.

Lets discuss about this.

I agree with you, Gold edition should have been a dynamic priced pack

How is it a slap of insult? I agree that their dlc inclusion could have been different ( i.e. 4 dlcs of your choice with an option of prepaid future dlcs or something), but it's a start for dlc packs at all, which is better for new players than nothing.

Not sure why imperial edition would make you feel any more extra upset though.
Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

What the hell would "an extra copy of Imperial City" even be?

If you sub and you plan on continuing to sub, then there's obviously no need to buy the DLC pack. If you don't plan on continuing to sub, it's still cheaper than buying the DLCs individually even if you already own one of them. Also, if you already own one or more of them, it gives you a popup when you try to buy it warning you that you already own some of it and that you won't get a discount, so you can make your own informed decision about whether to buy it.

I don't see the problem. As a game gets older and gets to the point where there are a bunch of different DLCs available, it's pretty much inevitable that a special edition of it will be released that includes the base game and DLCs for a cheaper price than the price paid by anyone who bought them individually as they were released. You see that with all games that were successful enough to have DLC.

And why in the world would you be more upset because you bought the Imperial edition? You know that the Gold edition doesn't come with any of the extras of the Imperial edition right? The only things that come with it are a (different) horse, and the DLC pack. You don't get access to the Imperial race, you don't get to convert gear to the Imperial motif, you don't get the Imperial horse, you don't get the Pledge of Mara, and you don't get the mudcrab pet.

The gold edition is nothing worth mentioning, it's just another way to get folks to buy the game...

As for the DLC Mega pack, I am just glad I paid for all 4 prior to this, as an ESO Plus member I had access to all of them, but I had so many crowns I bought the DLC packs anyway... and I still have thousands of crowns left... kind of wish real life was like this... "I have paid all my bills and still have money"... I guess that's why it's fantasy.
Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...

Relax, okay, i'm just comparing the prices as i'm very concern about it. Thats why i'm asking you guys, my ESO Plus membership are going to end in 47 days, by then i won't be subscribing anymore ( i didn't mention that on the post sorry ) and the crown that i get from the Plus membership extras i use it to buy imperial city. So my question is should i buy the mega packs or buy it separately?

The price, ok i'm from Malaysia and on the steam version the regular version cost us RM118.50 but the Gold Edition cost us just RM105.

You might wonder there's nothing wrong but there's something wrong with it. Before the Gold Edition even came out the regular version just cost us RM105 means its the same price as the Gold Edition. Thats why i'm a bit upset haha.

I believe what OP mean is.

    For example

As a loyal players, I already bought these DLCs during its launch
    - Thieves Guild (2000 Crowns)
    - Dark Brotherhood (2000 Crowns)
    - Shadows of the Hist (1500 Crowns)
Now I want to complete my packs, I spent another 5500 Crowns for the Mega-pack. So in total I spent 11000 Crowns.

Meanwhole Bob, he is a stinky players. He never purchased anything in Crown store.
Now to complete the packs, Bob only need to spend 5500 Crowns for the Mega-pack + 1500 Crowns for SotH. So in total Bob spent 7000 Crowns. And he have everything I have (that I spent 11000 Crowns for it!).

Bundles pricing should be Dynamic. It should take account of what stuff inside it that you already own, and adjust the price accordingly.

Now if you folks are fine with this, Static dynamic bundle that requires you to repurchase it FULL price. Then we will be forever stuck with static bundle prices. This is the reason why we can't have nice things.

Blizzard's Heroes of the Storm back then didn't have dynamic pricing in their bundles. Requiring players to repurchase it FULL price, punishing people who already owned and bought stuffs previously. Folks there mad, they posted it all over the forum, and guess what? Their voice has been heard. They now have nice things called Dynamic bundles. On top of that they also refunded the double purchase of the same items before the dynamic bundle system implemented.

Do you guys not want these as well here in ESO?
    Think about it.

If you buy Orsinium, Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood individually, you will pay 7000 crowns.
    The bundle costs 5500 crowns.
If you want to have them all, the choice is simple.
