Is Updated 12 out yet? or only on the PTS?

*When i read the patch notes, they make it sound like this is already available, but the title states "available on PTS"? I'm i confused or behind with the times...

    It's on the PTS. It'll be out on live servers in October.

    Nice! Any official confirmation on the release date for live servers? The 5th would b awesome, the sooner the better imo. :)

    Update 12 will release for PC on October 5th, and will release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 18th.

    Uhh, when did they say that? I mean the time frame is about right, but I never heard/read any ZOS staff say anything more specific than just October.
