Masterweapons and missing "DESTROY"

Hello,

i have made a stupid thing.

I have destroy my slotted Masterhealweapon, because i want recharge the enchant, they was Buggy, i cant it slottet and if
i deslot the item and Slot it again it works mostly fine. But this time i think i have click on destroy.

But there Comes no, question who you must enter "DESTROY" but purple recipes have this,
but master weapons not?

i have used much time to farm the right masterweapon with right trait.
This Weapon was new, so i have not used the item protect tool. But i have think,
too that this Masterweapon have a "DESTROY" enter protection.

The Support says, they cant help me to get it back but they have done it
one year ago, with a Masterweapon and a Support member have
send it me for my stupidty.

I want to, buy for this Service Feature to restore the item, i can take years,
to get it again

can you Help me @ZOS_GinaBruno ?

the bad Thing is, to get it again i must spend much of time, to get it back, for my own stupidty and a bug, if there no recharge enchat bug, i have not destroy this weapon.

Good bug to find but a bad way to find out about it! Have you tried contacting customer support about getting the destroyed item back? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (it worked for me the time I deconstructed a gold monster helm).

y, i have try it, to contact the Support, but it Comes only a automail with

We are not able to restore items that were destroyed or deconstructed.

but they have me restore a item one year ago, they can it

and i think
a master weapon is, no normaly item.

ok, this bug is no bug, on quick use bar you can not recharge entchant Charge, that have i dont understand so fast

if there no quick use bar Feature, i have yet my masterweapon already, but they is gone for Long time and i think, same masterweapon with same trait to become is very hard

and item save Feature is very good, but can you Change a small Thing, that you must to destroy Master Weapons, type "DESTROY" every crap item have this, but so good items not?

The master resto does not need to be recharged. So slot it and forget about it.

they may of replaced it a year ago, but now that they have introduced the lock feature they will not replace items as standard.

however as it sounds as though you have discovered a bug that is destroying master weapons when you try to charge them you need to reply to the automated response.

you should also report it under, other & include the word bug in your report, keep replying to the automated responses until you make contact with a real person, and explain exactly what happened hopefully they will be able to help you.

To be honest I'd prefer it if there would be an option to disable all those "are you sure you want to delete this" windows. The only place where it is usefull in my opinion is when you are deleting a character. For everything else it's just annoying and I would hate to have to type delete for every powered dsa ice staff I get.

Not only that, but the amazingly precious stolen blue (250 gold) have an "Are you sure Y/N" dialogue when you sell, but legendary items? Maelstrom items? Anything difficult or expensive to get? Nah. Have at ya.

Crap you sell have a "regret bin" but does destroy or deconstruct have one? Nah. Have at ya.

y, thats eso Logic, crap items have "DESTROY" enter page, but difficult to get items not, that Need a Change.

it is hard to get a master weapon as pvpler, you want only make pvp and then you get one master weapon in perfekt trait, but one short Moment, a bad items secure System, a wrong click and the item is destroy.

with a "DESTROY" prase, you have more security Options, and other games have better one Options to save items, its not so easy like this one, you can put your weapon from inventory into Slot 1, but you clickt to early and you click "on" E, then you can fast destroy your ITEM.

And if you have spend much time to get it is hard, if you destroy your item in bad item safe System. And you cant get them im in PVP

That's why I always lock my items. Twice! Through addon and game engine!
