Ok guys, I tried everything that I found on these forums, and I am still getting this error, any idea how to fix that so that I can download the patch?

I tried:
- flushing my dns
- host file editing - resolved in patch manifest error, edited the host file back
- deleting hostdeveloper files
- repairing the client (could not do it, as I for some reason do not get this option in my launcher (screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/CXDx4og.jpg )
- restarting the client
- turning off of my antivirus firewall and windows firewall
- running the launcher as administrator
- deleting the program data folder in the launcher folder - after restarting the launcher, it did not start downloading it again as said somewhere on the forums, but continued to download the patch, ended at the same error again...
- installing hostpotshield, set it to US, light is green there
- restarting my computer
- downloading the torrent files from here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/3244078/#Comment_3244078 - my torrent client opened it, but the download did not start, as there were noone seeding it probably, or I don`t know....


I wanna try the dueling now, pls heeelp !!

edit: aha, so I have to first cancel the patch download in the launcher, then I am able to run repair, hope it helps....
