Would love an update to the Maps.

I was just going through the internet for pictures of each zone so I could spot newly added buildings for Housing and such so I could check them out and I found this Map of Wrothgar. As soon as I saw it I just wished that maps in the game looked as good as this Map of Wrothgar looks. Yes maybe the paths could be a little clearer but, other than that I think it looks fantastic.

I mean, compare it with the current map of Wrothgar:

Reckon there's any chance for them to update maps to make them look this good? I know it's about as minor as Minor the miner who lives on Minor lane in the insignificant town of Minor but I still can't get over how much better this map looks over the current maps.

Totally agree. In fact the entire ui (including maps) desperately needs a face lift. Sometimes I feel like I'm playing a game from 10 years ago (Yes, it looks that outdated).

I would like a little more of the 3D aspect to better see the Terrain, for sussing out routes and such. I still like that the map is usually blank when first entering a zone, unless you have an addon that clutters it up with markers and such.

I think they tried to make the maps look like they were drawn back in the day, and not a render from a sat photo, as the first map in your post reminds me of.
