Question about skill lines

Is anyone having trouble leveling skill lines after reaching lvl 50? I'm cp 94 and it seems like none of my skill lines are leveling....any help?

Skill lines increase if you are slotting a corresponding weapon and they level even faster if you also slot skills from that skill line while you receive XP. For example a DK slotting a sword and a shield will see that skill increase even with only class skills slotted ex. [1] Venom Claw [2] Noxious Breath [3] Unrelenting Grip [4] Ingenous Shield [5] Spiked Armor [Ult] Standard of might but will see a very fast increase if slotting [1] Pierce Armor [2] Heroic Slash [3] Absorb Magic [4] Reverberating Bash [5] Invasion [Ult] Shield Discipline (upcoming 1H+S ultimate). Of course the maximum level of each weapon skill line is 50. Experience is lowered if you are killing enemies that are below your level. In this case if you kill enemies below level 45 you receive no experience at all, and very little experience for killing enemies levels 45-50.

Note that skills and their morphs need a bit more XP to level as you go down the skill line. For example puncture levels very fast, but power bash takes a little longer to level to the point you can morph it. Morhps need much more XP to level than the base skill. Also the last level of the morph takes much longer to level than the previous ones. About 2x as much XP. For example from Pierce Armor III to Pierce armor IV (maximum level) it takes 2x as long as from Piece Armor II to Pierce Armor III.

But in the end what was the issue?

For instance if you want to level do skill line earthen heart. Slot 2 skills or more on the bar you are using and handing quests in and they will level up. The more the faster they go.

If mages guild it's different, you need lorebooks and only them will do.

Fighters guild just kill tons of daedra and undead.

I was doing fine with skill line, topping each one off but seems like after the cp update nothing levels up. Very frustrating

I should say after I morph a skill it doesn't level up further as it did

A quick question that kind of relates.

The werewolf skill line levels up from gaining kills while in werewolf form, but does that mean a exp scroll or pot wouldn't help to level it faster, or is it still based on exp gained as a werewolf getting kills and would so!??

Any help is greatly appreciated!
